“7 weeks to Zrii 7-Star” Becomes “6 weeks to Zrii 6-Star”

I didn’t make it to 7-star by the deadline for the Zrii Founders Bonus. If you don’t know, that is one of 7 ways to paid in the Zrii compensation plan. To say I’m bummed or disappointed would devalue the larger, more long term, residual opportunity with this Billion-Dollar company in the making. But I will let out a big, “DAD GUMMIT!” and say that I truly gave it all I had and fell short. I said to my wife the other day,

“I wish I would have never heard of the stinkin’ Zrii Founders Bonus.”

Which isn’t necessarily true. I was just venting:)  It’s just that I wish I would have heard of Zrii sooner; the deadline was always so imminent. I definitely need a little downtime as my life has revolved around Amalaki and Zrii….

I led or attended one to two meetings a week, gave or attended two or more Zrii webinars, answered phone calls, returned emails, had more lunches and coffee meetings this month than I’ve had in the past year. WHEW!!

So, although I fell short of my near term goal I am now in a momentous position to achieve big things for me and my team with the huge opportunity that Zrii affords- because I pushed myself. I achieved the rank of 6-Star Zrii Independent Executive in six weeks. I didn’t do anything anyone else couldn’t do. In fact, several of my team were right on my tail, which made me very happy.

Now what? Well, arriving at one point is now a starting point for another… Zrii Mexico Founders Bonus!

Zrii Mexico opens up tomorrow. To make the Zrii Founders Bonus in Mexico within a year seems pretty attainable and my rookie month is in the books and we are prepped to make a big run at that bonus for our whole team. And, like I said before, that is only one of 7 ways to get paid in the Zrii comp plan.

So, here’s what I learned in my first 7 weeks with Zrii and from having a big goal (Trying to make the Zrii Founders Bonus by making 7-Star in my first 7 weeks in the business)…

1. If you shoot for the stars and miss, you may just hit the moon
2. Don’t bunt, swing for the fence. Don’t punt, go for it.
3. Tell yourself uncompromisingly what you want to achieve- then go do what you have to do.

Because I spent so much time learning, teaching, educating and sharing and pursuing this goal over the last 7 weeks, I was away from my beautiful family. There is no goal in my life more important than being the hero to my two little boys and being the loving husband to the best wife and Mom in the whole world. Frankie, Brody and Sweetie… I love you!!!
